Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger in a mixing bowl to create teriyaki sauce.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over chicken and let simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let chicken rest, then slice and serve, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
