Description

A comforting and delicious Baked Feta Pasta featuring roasted grape tomatoes and creamy Feta cheese, perfect for a weeknight dinner or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried
  • 1 (8 oz) brick of Feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread the grape tomatoes evenly in a medium-sized baking dish.
  3. Place the Feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt over the cheese and tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle 2 more tablespoons of olive oil over the Feta.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the cheese softens.
  8. Remove from oven and stir the cheese and tomatoes until combined.
  9. Add chopped fresh basil and fold it in.
  10. Mix in the cooked pasta until well combined.
  11. Serve hot immediately.

Notes

You can customize this dish with garlic, red pepper flakes, or additional vegetables. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh herbs for extra flavor.
