- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for baking)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, fresh parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the salmon mixture into small meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, checking for firmness; they are done when their internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Meanwhile, prepare the avocado sauce by blending the avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve the warm meatballs with a generous drizzle of avocado sauce.
