- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Lightly grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then cut into bars and enjoy.
