- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place a rack in the middle position.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides and pat them dry.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on a lined baking sheet and coat generously with the bang bang sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
