Instructions
- Toss the thinly sliced beef with cornstarch, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in a bowl. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Spread the marinated beef in a single layer in the pan and let it sear undisturbed for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir and toss until the beef is mostly browned and glossy.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for about 5 minutes, tossing occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot over rice or noodles.
