Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel the sweet potatoes.
- Slice the sweet potatoes into fries, about half an inch thick.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne if using.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
