- ½ cup finely chopped onion

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Special Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until well blended and creamy. Set aside.
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and then the finely chopped onion. Sauté until translucent (about 2-3 minutes). Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat, spread a tablespoon of sauce over half, add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, and cheddar. Add dill pickles if desired.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold up the bottom of the tortilla and the sides inward to make a snug wrap. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.
