Description
Fuss-free wraps filled with savory ground beef, crisp lettuce, and a creamy special sauce, reminiscent of a classic Big Mac.
Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Special Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until creamy and well blended.
- Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent (2-3 minutes). Add lean ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Assemble the Wraps: On a tortilla, spread a generous tablespoon of the special sauce over half. Add cooked beef, followed by shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese. Optionally, top with dill pickle slices.
- Wrap and Serve: Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides. Serve immediately with extra special sauce on the side. Optionally, toast in a skillet for a golden crust.
Notes
These wraps are customizable; feel free to switch beef with ground turkey or a plant-based substitute. They also store well for quick reheating.
