Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger in the oil for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce and black pepper, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Add cooked udon noodles to the pan, tossing to combine.
- If using, add optional vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
