- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle it with olive oil.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Carefully place the chicken on the griddle and sear for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Lower the heat slightly, add minced garlic around the chicken and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the chicken and cover for 2–3 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove from heat, let it rest for a couple of minutes, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
