Description

This comforting Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Chicken is infused with robust garlic and rich Parmesan, making it a hearty yet easy meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights or gathering with friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and drizzle it with olive oil.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
  3. Carefully place the chicken on the griddle and sear for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Lower the heat slightly, add minced garlic around the chicken and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the chicken and cover for 2–3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  6. Remove from heat, let it rest for a couple of minutes, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature. Don’t skip the resting period to retain moisture.
