- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 garlic clove (minced)

- A pinch of sugar or a drizzle of honey (optional)

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender but still bright green.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine all ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice, garnishing with scallions or sesame seeds if desired.
