- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place a large pot over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt.
- Add the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
- Stir in the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- In a separate bowl, mix the biscuit mix with water according to the package instructions.
- Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture into the simmering soup and cover the pot. Cook for about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts completely into the soup.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
