- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
