Instructions

  1. Cook cheese tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.

  3. Stir in bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until vegetables soften.
  4. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.
  5. Add cooked tortellini and shredded provolone. Stir until cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
