- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package (9 ounces) cheese tortellini
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add in 1 pound of ground beef and brown for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir in 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1 additional minute.
- Pour in 2 cups of heavy cream, add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and bring to a gentle simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and add to the sauce.
- Stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and simmer until desired thickness is reached.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
