- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente, then drain and toss with a little olive oil.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and lower the heat, letting it come to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and glossy.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in the cooked fettuccine, mixing until well coated. Adjust the sauce with pasta water or broth if it becomes too thick.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture. Adjust seasonings to taste.
