Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook until al dente, then drain and toss with a little olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and lower the heat, letting it come to a gentle simmer.
  4. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and glossy.
  5. Stir in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss in the cooked fettuccine, mixing until well coated. Adjust the sauce with pasta water or broth if it becomes too thick.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture. Adjust seasonings to taste.
