Description

Comforting Chicken Alfredo served in crispy garlic bread bowls for a delightful meal experience.


Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, along with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Boil water, add salt, and cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  4. Hollow out the Kaiser rolls to create bowls.
  5. Combine melted butter and garlic seasoning; brush on the rolls.
  6. Toast the bread bowls in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Combine cooked chicken, drained pasta, and Alfredo sauce in the skillet.
  8. Fill the toasted bread bowls with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  9. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and bake for another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  10. Serve hot, optionally garnished with parsley or red pepper flakes.
