Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix shredded chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the baking sheet.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the bread slices.
  6. Layer sliced avocado on top of the chicken.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the avocado.
  8. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  9. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly, cut in half, and serve warm.
