Instructions

- Let simmer for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve hot.
Notes
Undercook the noodles slightly if storing leftovers to prevent mushiness. Adjust soy sauce to taste based on the broth’s saltiness.
