Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill each side for 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- Take a tortilla and layer in rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, chicken, and chipotle ranch dressing.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly to form a burrito.
- Serve immediately, optionally pressing the burrito seam-side down in a hot skillet for extra crisp.
