Description

Delightful truffles made with Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, coated in white chocolate and adorned with festive sprinkles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)
  • 8 ounces white chocolate or candy melts
  • 3 tablespoons festive sprinkles
  • 3 tablespoons red candy melts (for drizzling, optional)
  • Green sanding sugar for decoration

Instructions

  1. Unwrap the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and place them in a large bowl. Break them apart.
  2. Mix the cakes together with a handheld mixer until crumbly dough forms.
  3. Fold in the festive sprinkles gently into the cake mixture.
  4. Scoop the dough using a tablespoon and roll it into small balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before returning them to the baking sheet.
  7. Melt red candy melts in a piping bag and drizzle over the truffles.
  8. Top with green sanding sugar and let them set in the fridge for a few minutes.

Notes

Chill the rolled truffles in the fridge before dipping to help them hold their shape. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
