Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Remove pancakes and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar immediately.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
