- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll dough and cut each triangle in half. Stretch edges gently.
- Press into muffin cups, forming little pockets.
- Spoon in 1 tsp cream cheese filling and 1 tsp cranberry sauce into each pocket.
- Top with nuts or zest if using.
- Bake for 11–13 minutes or until golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
