- 1 cup cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) with a rack in the center.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, riced cauliflower, heavy cream, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions before serving and let sit for five minutes before scooping.
Notes
