  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, then remove and set aside.
  4. Melt butter in the same skillet, then pour in heavy cream and simmer to combine.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
  6. Add the drained fettuccine and shrimp to the sauce, tossing to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed to adjust consistency.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
