- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 6–8 Corn Tortillas
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 clove Garlic (optional)
- 1/2 Onion (optional)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil (optional)
- Butter for browning tortillas (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the cooked beef and stir to combine, following package instructions.
- Warm corn tortillas using a pan or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing seasoned beef in each tortilla and topping with shredded cheese and a drizzle of enchilada sauce.
- Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Keep tortillas warm wrapped in a clean towel and serve extra sauce on the side for controlling moisture in tacos.
