Description

A flavorful twist on chicken with dill pickle juice and a crispy Parmesan coating.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Submerge the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it firmly onto the chicken.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray the tops of the chicken with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack placed on the baking sheet.
