A flavorful twist on chicken with dill pickle juice and a crispy Parmesan coating.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Submerge the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it firmly onto the chicken.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the tops of the chicken with cooking spray or drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack placed on the baking sheet.
