- 8 tostada shells

- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1 lime (for squeezing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shred the rotisserie chicken and set it aside in a mixing bowl.
- Arrange the tostada shells on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Spread refried beans on each tostada shell.
- Top each tostada with shredded chicken, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with sour cream, salsa, avocado, and lime juice.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For crispier tostadas, brush with olive oil before baking. Use warm refried beans for better cheese melting.
