  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 lime (for squeezing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Shred the rotisserie chicken and set it aside in a mixing bowl.
  3. Arrange the tostada shells on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Spread refried beans on each tostada shell.
  5. Top each tostada with shredded chicken, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with sour cream, salsa, avocado, and lime juice.
