Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs at the bottom of your crockpot, spread evenly.
  2. Add the chopped carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set it on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. When ready, serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider searing the chicken thighs before placing them in the crockpot. You can also use frozen chicken thighs; just adjust cooking times accordingly.
