- 4 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Lay them on top of the potatoes.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add the minced garlic. Pour this mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
