- 1 lb spicy sausage or ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced jalapeños
- 1 cup milk
- Tortilla chips or veggies for serving
Instructions
- Cook the spicy sausage or ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
- Combine cooked sausage or beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, sliced jalapeños, and milk in the crockpot.
- Stir gently until everything is well combined.
- Set crockpot to low, cover, and cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and dip is creamy.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
Prep ahead by combining ingredients the night before. Keep warm in the crockpot on ‘keep warm’ setting if necessary.
