Description

A creamy and cheesy dip perfect for gatherings, filled with spicy sausage or ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 lb spicy sausage or ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (4 oz) sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup milk
  • Tortilla chips or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the spicy sausage or ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Combine cooked sausage or beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, sliced jalapeños, and milk in the crockpot.
  3. Stir gently until everything is well combined.
  4. Set crockpot to low, cover, and cook for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and dip is creamy.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

Prep ahead by combining ingredients the night before. Keep warm in the crockpot on ‘keep warm’ setting if necessary.
