Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot, laying them flat to ensure even cooking.
- Add the halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning with the chicken broth and olive oil until well blended.
- Pour the ranch mixture evenly over the chicken and potatoes.
