- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup grape jelly
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, grape jelly, and soy sauce. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until cooked through.
- Serve warm with toothpicks for easy eating.
Notes
For added flavor, consider browning the meatballs before adding them to the crockpot. You can also adjust the sauce sweetness or spice level to your preference.
