- 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain any excess fat.
- In your crockpot, combine the browned beef with black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Stir well to coat.
- Secure the lid and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, sour cream, and green onions.
