Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until well browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In your crockpot, combine the cooked beef with the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, corn, and beef broth, stirring gently to mix.
- Stir in the uncooked pasta to ensure even distribution.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until the pasta is tender.
- Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheese and allow it to melt into the mixture.
- Serve hot, garnished with optional toppings as desired.
