Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in it.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the skillet and let it melt into the dish.
- Pour in the chicken broth to help cook the chicken and enhance the flavors.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken breasts and stir gently to combine.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 20-25 minutes, ensuring the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve garnished with fresh parsley, if desired.
