Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Chicken breasts
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (grated)
  • 3/4 cup Chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1/3 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • 1/4 cup Basil (fresh, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the chicken breasts and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add chicken breasts.
  3. Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add oil from sun-dried tomatoes and sauté grated garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, dried thyme, dried oregano, Parmesan cheese, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, coating with sauce, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

Notes

For added nutrition, you can mix in spinach or mushrooms. This dish pairs well with sides like mashed potatoes or asparagus.
