- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer, allowing flavors to marry for a few minutes.
- Stir in cream, soy sauce, and Sriracha, adjusting spice to taste.
- Fold in the cooked ramen noodles, ensuring they are well coated with sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
