Description

Deliciously savory roll ups filled with thinly sliced roast beef, provolone cheese, and served with au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced roast beef
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup au jus (for dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over it.
  2. Layer a generous portion of thinly sliced roast beef over the mustard, followed by a slice of provolone cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
  4. Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve with warm au jus and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or add vegetables for extra flavor. These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
