- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces thinly sliced roast beef
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup au jus (for dipping)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard over it.
- Layer a generous portion of thinly sliced roast beef over the mustard, followed by a slice of provolone cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces and serve with warm au jus and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or add vegetables for extra flavor. These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
