- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl and mix in the granulated sugar until smooth.
- Integrate the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 22-25 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
- Prepare the frosting by beating together softened butter and cocoa powder, then gradually adding powdered sugar and milk.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies and top with rainbow sprinkles.
- Slice into squares and serve.
