Description

Decadent fudgy brownies topped with fluffy marshmallow frosting, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually combine with the butter mixture, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. For the frosting, mix mini marshmallows and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  7. Once brownies are finished, sprinkle the marshmallow mixture on top and return to the oven for 5 minutes until puffed.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
