Instructions
- Season the steak with salt on both sides, patting it dry with paper towels. Let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, using an instant-read thermometer to check for 125°F to 130°F.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the steak before serving and rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve.
Notes
