- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
- 2 cups pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place 1 lb of chicken breasts in the crockpot and lay them flat.
- Pour 1 cup of buffalo wild wings sauce over the chicken to coat evenly.
- Add 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Stir gently.
- Set the crockpot to low and cook for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks, then mix in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- Cook 2 cups of pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the drained pasta to the crockpot, gently mixing until well-coated.
- Serve hot, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
