Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
  • 2 cups pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place 1 lb of chicken breasts in the crockpot and lay them flat.
  2. Pour 1 cup of buffalo wild wings sauce over the chicken to coat evenly.
  3. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Stir gently.
  4. Set the crockpot to low and cook for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks, then mix in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Cook 2 cups of pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  7. Add the drained pasta to the crockpot, gently mixing until well-coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
