  • Celery
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Tear the crusty bread into small pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add chopped onion and celery. Sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the herbs, salt, and pepper, cooking for another minute.
  5. Pour the sautéed mixture over the bread and gradually add the broth, mixing until the bread is moist.

  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
