  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they’re fully coated. Massage marinade into chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Cook chicken on the grill or bake for 6-7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with dipping sauces or alongside fresh veggies.
