Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side or until an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
