- Corn
- Green chile cheese sauce
- Tortillas (soft or whole wheat)

Instructions
- Heat your skillet over medium heat until warm. Add olive oil if the pan is dry.
- Add pulled rotisserie chicken and fajita veggies; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened and slightly browned.
- Stir in black beans and corn, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Pour in green chile cheese sauce and stir until well mixed and heated.
- Season with salt, pepper, and cumin to taste.
- Spoon the filling onto warmed tortillas, fold in sides and roll tightly into burritos.
- If desired, place burritos seam-side down in the skillet for 30-60 seconds to seal.
