Description

Tender turkey meatballs bathed in a glossy honey garlic glaze, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Brush the sauce over each meatball.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve warm, garnished with green onions.

Notes

These meatballs can be stored raw in the fridge for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat gently to preserve moisture.
