Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Brush the sauce over each meatball.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions.
Notes
These meatballs can be stored raw in the fridge for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat gently to preserve moisture.
