- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
- 1/3 cup hot chocolate mix
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows + extra for garnishing
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips + extra for garnishing
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the marshmallow creme, hot chocolate mix, and confectioners sugar until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Add the vanilla and mix well.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl and garnish with extra mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese and butter are softened for a smooth texture. Chill the dip to enhance flavors.
